If you want to create a team for you and your business then just follow below easy step.

First login your odesk account. Then click the setting button and open the user setting. There you see the team  option in left. Click the team option. Now you see a page. You will find the create company option in your my teams option. Now click the create a company. Create a company means a team. Now sign up like odesk account. Fill the bank with your real information. If you want to use different financial then click the new financial option and if you use your default account then click default account option. Now click the save button and you are done. Now see that you are the admin of your new team. Now you can invite someone to work with your team.
